Anodized Plating Facilities

Anodizing means electrolytic oxidation of aluminum. The anodic oxidation process transforms the metal surface into a dense and very hard oxide layer that is tightly bonded to the base material. Provides strong protection against these mechanical effects and provides weathering and corrosion resistance.

The metal luster of the material is protected by a transparent oxide layer.

It is developed by passing a direct current through an electrolytic solution, and color is obtained by using various processes.

Therefore, Colors can be included in this surface and protected from any environmental factors.

Anodized aluminum can be easily recycled for recycling, resulting in a sustainable and environmentally friendly coating with a surface finish.

COLORING

Different colors are obtained by changing the aluminum crystal structure with electron waves of different wavelengths and frequencies sent to the surface. At the same time, longer lasting profiles can be obtained by increasing the surface quality with this technology.

The transparent structure of the anodizing layer reveals the metallic appearance of aluminum, and thanks to this feature, various mechanical or chemical processes can be applied to the aluminum surface to give a glossy or matt appearance.

In order to obtain a quality anodizing, the metallurgical structure of the part must be of good quality and the anodizing facility must be designed according to the necessary engineering criteria.
