ROTOR WITH EXTERNAL DRIVE TRANSMISSION

In addition to its standard range of barrels having on-board motors, Progalvano has developed the same series with an external drive transmission as rotating system. This line is mainly intended for markets such as China, Korea, Japan, and the U.S., where the external drive transmission is a standard barrel configuration.

For this reason, Progalvano proposes two automatic opening/closing devices for its barrels, in order to save time, save costs and increase efficiency.

PP CYLINDERS

Designed to last longer and withstand the rubbing action of the heaviest pieces, the neutral PP cylinder is the tangible proof of Progalvano's higher-level technology. Welded by polyfusion e produced by injection moulding, our PP barrel can reduce the clogging of the panel perforations as well as the wear and abrasion process. These cylinders, having lids for manual using, is provided with PVDF clips that confer excellent mechanical properties and chemical durability. Each cylinder is marked and identified by a serial number. We offer a complete range of circular and slot perforations. Available thicknesses: 12, 15 and 20mm.

MINIROTOR

Progalvano's entire technology can be described by its Minirotor: specific equipements designed for producing small lots and samplings. Besides a wide choice of panel perforations ( circular, mesh, slot), our standard range of Minirotor includes hexagonal and heptagonal cylinders having 2 different thicknesses on flat (135-220) and 5 lengths available.
