TREATMENT TANKS

Treatment tanks are filled with a specific liquid which is used to chemically/physically treat

(e.g. Top- Coating, Phosphating, Passivation, Galvanising, etc.) the materials contained in

baskets via impregnation. Tanks are made of different materials (AISI 304, AISI 316, Polypropylene, etc..)

and may be integrated with a liquid heating, cooling and movement system.

The range of containers offered is very wide and they are often customised based on customer needs.

The basket diameter (270 - 360 - 480 - 550 - 660 - 800 - 950 mm) defines the size of the centrifuges or machines

where the baskets will then be placed. They are generally made of perforated sheet and/ or provided with

electro-welded mesh, with flat or rounded bottoms, with or without polyurethane coating, etc.

“MULTI” MAGNETIC MANIPULATOR

“Multi” lines are used to move ferrous material (placed in a caisson) into machines

(e.g. threading machines) to undergo a mechanical transformation process.

An adjustable power magnet allows removing and releasing the ferrous material to be processed.

Magnets can power several machines which, depending on the type of truck movement

(linear, curvilinear, 3 axes), will have their specific positions.
